Countryman Fairs

Gundogs

A key part of the Countryman Fairs ethos is to encourage greater participaton in our country sports. Most of us don't even realise that right there in front of the fire, or under the kitchen table is one of the most highly skilled and competitive athletes in any sport - and it all comes naturally!

Our gundogs have become so much more than just a breed of working dog, and are now an important part of the family structure. However, you would be surprised just how much fun you can both have by getting involved in gundog activities. With a little work, you can both enjoy an incredibly rewarding experience, and could even drive away in a Mitsubishi ASX Compact Crossover worth circa £20,000.00LP!

Click on the Gundog tab in our show sections to see what gundog activities are available at each game and country fair, and see the articles below for more information on gundog scurries, working tests and breed characteristics.
