The Highclere Game and Country Fair played host to the third and fourth rounds of the highly anticipated Mitsubishi Motors World Series Gundog Championship at the weekend, playing witness to some fierce competition whilst putting through another set of qualifiers who will compete at this year's Midland Game Fair Grand Final.

As always the gundog events at Highclere proved a popular choice with some impressive performances coming from everyone who took park. Gundog organiser, Laura Bacon commends another successful weekend of qualifying rounds. “This year's Highclere Game and Country Fair has once again exceeded our expectations with interest from competitors and spectators at an all time high. With the competition now such a high standard, the level of qualifiers from both the Kelmarsh and Highclere events show that we are in for a superb Grand Final this September. I can't wait to see what happens next!”

With all the action from the weekend providing some fantastic viewing, the next rounds at the Sussex Game and Country Fair, held over 18th and 19th June, promises an event not to be missed!
