Clay Shooting

Shooting line and Mitsubishi Motors World Series

Highclere Castle welcomes Highclere Country Fair into its grounds on the third weekend in May and with it the second qualifying round of the Mitsubishi Motors World Series.

The rolling ground of the Highclere Estate allows Graham Brown of Purbeck Shooting School to build on of the most picturesque but taxing courses in the Country, winding through the wooded hills of Berkshire.

For 2008 the competition format has once again undergone a radical overhaul, this time it’s the prize package that will be raising eyebrows. For the first time the Mitsubishi Motors World Series will award one lucky qualifier at each qualifying event with a Mitsubishi Colt CZ1 worth £7,499.00 OTR.

The Highclere Country Fair Mitsubishi Motors World Series qualifying stage produced 2006’s overall champion, Anthony Pullman, will 2008 be Highclere’s year once again?

The combination of a record prize fund and a unique classification system is sure to attract shooters from across Europe.

To complement the exceptional Mitsubishi Motors World Series qualifying course Graham will also be providing a wide array of other shooting opportunities including the innovative Make-a-Break® competition.

Shotgun tuition from the experts at Purbeck Shooting School offers an excellent opportunity for first time shooters and those who are struggling to hit the target the chance to gain some valuable pointers.
