Chris Green was born in the West Country and spent his youth bird nesting, rabbit catching and living off the fat of the land. Chris is a versatile fisherman, who is equally adept at catching fish in lakes, rivers, canals and in the sea.

Ultimately, Chris is a true hunter-gatherer, and has a great regard for the balance of nature.  His demonstration shows how his way of life supports conservation and helps to preserve endangered species of flora and fauna.
