Kelmarsh Country Fair

For 2008 Kelmarsh Country Fair will have its very own Gamekeepers Row, in association with Marsdens Game Feeds, offering all the services and products a Gamekeeper could possibly need for the establishment and management of a modern day shoot.

Marsdens Game Feeds and Countryman Fairs have compiled a profile of exhibitors which ensure that Gamekeeper’s will be able to get their hands on all the essential equipment. From landscaping to polts and eggs, from pest control to game refrigeration equipment and meat packaging machines; Kelmarsh Country Fair will be the Gamekeeper’s event of the year.

Key game keeping organisations will be in attendance offering advice and guidance for gamekeepers, and an information point about the work of gamekeepers to non game keeping visitors. Taking centre stage The National Gamekeepers Organisation will be welcoming their members and promoting greater awareness of the role of gamekeepers in protecting and conserving the countryside.

The Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust will offer a contact point to visitors promoting the benefits of the conservation of game and its associated flora and fauna. The GWCT will also be supplying an information point about their research into game and wildlife management and the effects of farming and other land management practices on the environment.
