The Community Angling Regeneration Project (CARP) will provide angling tuition throughout the weekend. Their purpose is to coach you in learning how to fish successfully, or help to improve your angling skills.

CARP coaches act independently under the umbrella of the Community Angling Regeneration Project, and they are located throughout Britain.

All CARP coaches have undergone specialised training and have passed the nationally recognised coaching qualification.

• Each CARP coach holds:-
• An accredited Level 1 or Level 2 1st4Sport coaching qualification
• Specialised, comprehensive insurance
• Up-to-date Child Protection training
• A current First Aid certificate
• Clearance from the Criminal Records Bureau.

Some coaches specialise in one discipline such as coarse, game or sea angling, others coach in more than one angling discipline. Whatever their specialist discipline, every coach is an expert and loves passing on their knowledge to help the budding angler
