Countryman Fairs has a long and proud tradition of offering high quality terrier and lurcher events. Our flagship event, the Midland Game Fair, is home to the world’s premier event for earth and running dogs, The Countryman’s Weekly Champion of Champions. The Sussex Country Fair offers 2 qualifying events for this prestigious Championship, one on each show day.

The Sussex Game and Country Fair offers a wide range of Terrier and Lurcher showing classes and field events, professionally organised by the Coursing Crew.

All racing events to be ran on the mornings at all shows. Simulated coursing, hurdles, straight racing, 23" & under, over 23" and puppies & terriers. Entries taken from 8.30am to start as soon as first card is full. Full lurcher & terrier show to start at 1pm approx. Qualifiers for Countryman's Weekly Champion of Champions to be held at The Midland Game Fair in September.
