Welcoming in the 5th and 6th rounds of the Terrier and Lurcher events, this year's Sussex Game and Country Fair proved as popular as ever with a huge number of handlers and their dogs taking part in the various field and showing classes within the Terrier and Lurcher enclosure.

Battling it out in the field and the show ring, the Terrier and Lurcher events produced some superb displays and plenty of talent from both handlers and their dogs. Organised by the Coursing Crew, Chris Weaver expresses her delight at the championship so far: “With qualifying rounds left at both the Lowther Game and Country Fair and the Saturday of the Midland Game Fair, there's plenty of opportunity for people to still enter the competition and be in the running for the Countryman's Weekly Champion of Champions at the Midland. Once again Sussex Game and Country Fair proved a great success with more talented handlers and their dogs confirming their place in the final.”
